Sponsorship Conditions

担保条件

All offers of sponsorship are subject to conditions which are determined by the Victorian Government on a case by case /basis. There are however some standard conditions which apply in most /cases.

所有担保均附带条件，这些条件由维多利亚政府按个案制定。但以下一些标准条件适用于大多数个案。

The principle applicant for provisional visa sponsorship must be the principle applicant for permanent residency sponsorship (unless otherwise agreed and noted in the Conditional Sponsorship Offer).

临时签证担保的主申请人也必须是永久居留担保的主申请人（经州政府同意并在本“有条件担保书”中注明的除外）。

The applicant must hold the controlling interest in their ‘eligible’ business, where that business has a turnover of less than A$400,000 (excluding GST) in the 12 months immediately before applying for Permanent /Residency.
