The applicant must read (or have had read to them) the contents of their application and then personally sign a conditional sponsorship offer confirming that the information contained therein is true and /correct.

申请人须看清（或由别人向其读清）其申请内容并在“有条件担保书”上亲笔签字，以确认其中材料确实无误。

Failure to comply with the above conditions will adversely impact on potential sponsorship support for permanent residency /status.
